Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in a low-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors
- Maintain detailed records of care and observations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Proficient IV skills, including access to peripheral veins, Mediports, PICC lines, and central lines
- Strong interpersonal and client care abilities
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Confident and experienced in IV therapy
- Interested in flexible, per- diem scheduling- Set your own schedule!

- Willing to travel up to 60 miles from home

West Infusion Nurses Network (WINNfusion) is a home infusion company that specializes in the treatment of Autoimmune Disease and Rare Genetic Disorders. We provide skilled nursing care for Biologic Medication and Enzyme Replacement Therapy throughout Washington State, Idaho and now Oregon.
Our Client's are relatively healthy individuals in all age ranges. We enhance the lives of our Clients by sending a Registered Nurse to provide care, in the comfort and convenience of the home, so they can live their best most functional life without the hassle and risks associated with hospital based infusion and injection treatments.
We believe in local nurses for local clients. In other words, you are helping your neighbors, the people who live in your community. We like that sense of connection and we think you will too.
We are seeking RN’s who:
- Are very capable with their IV skills. We access Peripheral veins, Mediports, PICC lines and Central lines. Experience and confidence in this area is a vital component to successful home infusion therapy.
- Prefer a flexible schedule.
- Enjoy one on one Client care and a low stress work environment.
- Someone who is willing to travel in a 60 mile radius of their home
